Phase 2 — Diligence packs
Confidential one-pagers, IP summaries, and use-of-funds memos by project for serious counterparties under NDA / appropriate process.
Phase 3 — Lead raises
Prioritize near-term raises (e.g. KitFab seed, REV seed, SPARC Phase 1, TES stage capital) while advancing partnership conversations on CCS, APEX, and Atlantis.
Phase 4 — Closing & deployment
Term sheets, pilot SOWs, licensing discussions, and milestone-based capital draws tied to prototypes, modules, and partner commitments.
